Orchard Hills Athletic Club offers a wide array of Group Fitness Classes to help you stay fit in a fun and comfortable environment. Our club is home to dozens of classes per week designed for a variety of interests and participants of all abilities and taught by professionally trained and certified instructors! Ages 12 and up may participate.

Orchard Hills is a LesMills host facility. 

Cycling

Cycling is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days), and recovery that involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.

Aqua Fitness

Aqua Fitness uses the natural resistance of the water to improve strength, conditioning, and flexibility. Our classes are designed for all levels of fitness and age groups. No swimming ability is required.

BootCamp

Orchard Hills Bootcamp is a 30-45 minute, fun, fast paced, cardiovascular, weight and functional training class in a small group atmosphere that is unique, effective, motivational and safe for any fitness level!
